  • Self is atman, it is the universal, transcendental, immanent subject.
  • According to Chandogya Upanishad- air, water, earth constitute Jiva atman together with the principle of the infinite.
  • According to Taitarya Upanishad- several elements are found in the nature of individual/Panca-koshas.
