Primary Data: Primary data is collected directly by an authorized organization, investigator, or enumerator for the first time. It is usually gathered through field research. E. g. , questionnaire filled by certain population sample can be used to collect primary data. Questionnaires should keep number of questions to a minimum. They should arrange questions in logical manner. Questions should be short, simple, and non-personal with short objective answers (preferably in yes or no form) .
