Phase III: Skill Transfer Phase
- After gaining mastery in second phase the student teachers organizes the skills.
- So, that there is transfer of skills in real teaching situation functionally and successfully.
- These skills when integrated form a complex teaching behaviour.

- Pupil teacher required to plan mini-lessons of 15 - 20 minutes.
- Using different skills in combination.
- Different models of integration are used like additive model.
