Wave Energy:

Tidal Energy:

The rise and fall of sea level caused by the gravitational forces exerted by the Sun, Moon and the rotation of the Earth is called a Tide. When there is a high tide, the increase in water in the sea is stored in the dam. The estuary has lower level of water. Water flows from sea to estuary and the turbine rotates. As turbine rotates, electricity is generated.
