Social Security Administration

Federal agency dealing with national social security programme.

Social Security Tax

A payroll deduction from gross wages. The amount is decided the Federal Insurance Contribution Act (FICA).

Social Security

Such system for pension scheme in which certain amount of salary is deducted from actual salary so as to pay them in the old age. This system was started in 1935.

The doctrine of immunity of the Government, State or Federal until an agreement is made.
