Choices
Choice (4) Response

a. 40 meters East

b. 35 meters East

c. 60 meters East

d. 35 meters North

Answer
Explanation
Clearly, Vijay start from A to moved 25 m eastwards up to B, then he turned left and move 20 m up to C, he again turns left and moves 25 m up to D. Finally, he turns right and moved 15 m up to E.
A and E lie in the same straight line and E lies to the north of A.
So, Vijay’s distance from the starting point A = AE = (BC + DE) = (20 + 15) = 35 m
